Business Unusual is an aggregation of three blogs that I have started. The first blog, What a Country, was at Blogger.com, which is now owned by Google. The second, Have a Great Day, was on our SanLeon.Net website and ran on Movable Type.

I finally decided to get them all together and started LarryHendrick.com and imported all the posts from both of the blogs to this site. Some of the pictures did not make the trip well, but the posts did. The worst thing is that the categories were reset to uncategorized with the import.

I then started the blog, Letters to Mom, to help bring some support to my mother. By writing and posting screenshots, she was able to work through a lot of the problems without a lot of my help and independence was born. The site became cumbersome to write because of the way I was doing screenshots. Each one took a long time to accomplish, so not much has been written there lately. The good news is, I now have a screen capture program that makes it quick and easy, so I will again be posting to Letters to Mom.

Then came Motivation on the Run. This is my labor of love and the one that is the most work. It started as solely a location for the Motivation on the Run podcast, but expanded to written posts as I saw news and interesting items pertaining to motivation and leadership.
